We are pleased to announce that, under the master planning of our group company Wellwood Limited, our company and ES-CON JAPAN Ltd. have jointly completed the development of the newly built condominium ØST Garden Karuizawa in Karuizawa, Nagano Prefecture. The property was officially opened to the public on Monday, October 20, 2025.

外観デザイン
当物件は、季節によって美しく変化する光と影という日本特有の美意識「木漏れ日」と、 ニュートラルなカラーパレット、天然の素材、ミニマムで美しいラインに現れる北欧の「静謐なデザイン」が融合した意匠を特徴としています。

EXTERIER DESIGN
The development integrates the Japanese aesthetic of komorebi—the nuanced interplay of seasonal light and shadow—with the Nordic philosophy of silent design, expressed through a restrained palette, natural materials, and refined, minimal lines. Deep eaves, expansive openings, and a generous roofline oriented toward Mount Asama, together with carefully selected materials, create an architectural presence that harmonizes with nature while conveying warmth and quiet elegance.
COMMON SPACE
The entrance hall is defined by a carefully curated interior, refined wall finishes, and window-framed greenery, creating a composed and refined arrival experience. The development also features the “ØST Garden Terrace,” a welcoming setting for residents to share time with family and friends, surrounded by the natural beauty of Karuizawa.
