木洩れ日が誘う並木道の先に広がる、5,960㎡の敷地に描かれる2棟からなるレジデンス「ØST Garden Karuizawa」。
浅間山を望み、その火山岩を用いた景石・軽井沢由来の樹木をあしらったアプローチが季節ごとに異なる表情を見せながら、樹々と花々が共演する住まう方だけの特別な“センターガーデン”へといざないます。

その他にも、軽井沢の四季の息遣いを間近に感じられる専用庭と、家族や友人と語らいながらバーベキューを愉しむガーデンテラス、大切な愛車を護る地下駐車場が、移ろう季節の彩りに包まれながら、ここにしかない豊かな時を紡ぎます。

Beyond a tree-lined path softly illuminated by dappled sunlight, a 5,960㎡ site unfolds into two exclusive residences that make up ØST Garden Karuizawa.

With a view of Mount Asama, the approach features volcanic stones sourced from the region and carefully selected native trees from Karuizawa, offering a landscape that shifts its expression with each season. These elements gracefully lead residents toward a private “Center Garden”, where trees and flowers gather in harmonious bloom.

Residents can also enjoy a private garden that brings Karuizawa’s seasonal breath close at hand, a garden terrace perfect for barbecues and conversations with family and friends, and an underground garage that protects your beloved car—all weaving moments of richness unique to this place, embraced by the changing colors of nature.
