A tranquil residence nestled in the quiet forests of Shiozawa, Karuizawa, that marked the beginning of the Øst Series. It is a place that rests gently in nature, shaped by Nordic-inspired aesthetics embracing the subtle, shifting light of the seasons. This residence was honored with the Good Design Award in 2022.

Set beyond an enchanting avenue of Katsura trees and the seasonal plants of its “Center Garden,” this residence offers expansive views of the majestic Mount Asama. While situated in a highly convenient town setting, it embodies Øst’s core concept of quiet harmony within the surrounding natural beauty.
幻想的なカツラ並木から続く、四季折々の美しい植栽で彩る「センターガーデン」の先に、雄大な浅間山を望むレジデンス。利便性の高い街の中にありながら、オストのコンセプトであるʼ美しい自然との融合ʼを目指しました。
